Four steps to full access.
Identity Verification
Required FirstConfirm your identity and set up your Microsoft account. You'll use this to log into all BITS platforms securely.
Platform Access
Role AssignedYour role determines which platforms and features you can access. Access is granted per platform based on your BITS relationship.
First Login & Orientation
Self-ServiceLog in for the first time using the invite link sent to your email. You'll be prompted to complete MFA setup if not done already.
You're In — Start Working
Final StepOnce logged in and oriented, you're ready to start using your assigned platforms. Reach out to your BITS contact if you have questions at any point.

Reset Your Password
Use Microsoft's self-service password reset. You control it — no one else needs to know your password.

Register your authenticator app or phone number for multi-factor authentication. Required for all BITS platforms.

BITS will never ask you to share your password over chat, email, or any other channel. Your credentials are yours alone. All access is managed through Microsoft Entra ID with MFA enforced. If anyone claims to be from BITS and asks for your password, do not share it — contact us directly to verify.
