Classification
Every incoming interaction is classified against 7 sentinel domains and 7 framework types. No unclassified content enters the pipeline.
Scoring
Three independent scores — confidence, structure, and domain alignment — determine eligibility. All three must meet threshold for automation approval.
Routing
Eligible interactions are automatically routed to the appropriate workflow. Non-eligible interactions are flagged, tiered, and logged — not silently dropped.
